So, long time readers of this blog will know I'm a big fan of my friend Ms Lemur's food blog, which has a strong emphasis on Asian and South American food, and also includes some great restaurant reviews, and she's started the festive season with a couple of posts on the perfect gifts for foodies, and which books to buy if you want to avoid Nigella/Jamie/Delia.
But I can't recall if I've mentioned two relatively new foodies on the block who both happen to be good friends of mine. My friend Jenn relocated from London to her native California a few years back, and reading her cooking blog Tiny Kitchen Stories makes me miss her cooking almost as much as I miss her company - as a plus, she will almost always tell you how to make a recipe vegetarian or vegan if possible, which is always great, and she also does a nice line in cocktails.
Lucky for me, Mrs Gold lives even nearer to me than Ms Lemur, so her tempting tales of cookery in Mrs Gold's Kitchen are well within reach. At the moment the blog has a pleasingly festive feel, so pop over and check it out.
So, surely these plugs will get me a free meal, right?
